MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to foster excellence through mentoring and educational support to achieve success for future leaders. To enhance student involvement and understanding in academia while fostering recruitment and retention. At ExCell Tutoring Services, LLC. we strive to enhance the lives of students pursuing careers in the healthcare industry by providing confidential and private tutoring services.

 FOUNDATION OF THE ASSOCIATION

​ The business was envisioned and founded based on the need to provide support, diversity, and inclusion among tutors for students within STEM careers.  "Research says that teacher diversity benefits all students, regardless of race or ethnicity.  However, while the majority of students in the U.S are of color, only about 20% of teachers are of color" (Student Data Source, 2017-2018).
